Annual Clothing Giveaway
In 1983, 2nd grade teacher and deacon, Barb McPoland saw a need to get back-to-school clothes in the hands of children. This year, deacons will continue to focus on elementary-aged children (K-5th) and their clothing needs. Perhaps you or someone you know has some gently used children’s clothes to pass on. If you are a yard-sale person
|
or a thrift-store shopper, please consider purchasing children’s items for our clothing giveaway. If you would rather donate funds and let a deacon do the shopping, that is an option as well. Deacons ask that all items be cleaned and in good shape. Drop them in a bag with a dryer sheet and they’ll stay fresh-smelling and please label the bag “clean”.
