Purpose
Forgiven and freed by God in Jesus Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spirit, we commit ourselves to:
      • nurture our faith through prayer and Bible study,
      • support the mission of the church worldwide,
      • work for justice and peace, and
      • build an inclusive, caring community of women that strengthens the  Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and witnesses to the promise of God’s kingdom.
Presbyterian Women (PW) is the women’s organization of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). This ministry is aligned around their shared purpose. Learn more about the National Organization.

Our Missions

Birthday Offering
Since 1922, Presbyterian Women have given millions to mission projects around the world through the Birthday Offering.

Fellowship of the Least Coin
This is an international, interdenominational effort Our pennies provide funds for self-development projects, training programs and health needs. We contribute our “least coins” at circle meetings
General Offering
Collected offerings are use to support various programs around 1st Pres.

November Thank Offering
Since 1888, Presbyterian Women have funded countless projects through the Thank Offering. Grants support new and creative projects, meeting the needs of people who are aging, disabled, homeless, or displaced, as well as those of children and women through educational, health and peace and justice programs.

General Meetings

We meet the 3rd Tuesday of each month September through May at 1 pm. Our general meetings consist of a faith-based program. All women are welcome!
